These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of StrictlyClassic.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from StrictlyClassic.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
1. ABOUT STRICTLYCLASSIC
StrictlyClassic is an independent brand offering apparel, accessories, photography prints and other products inspired by classic automotive culture, design and photography.
The Site and online store are operated by JEROME THUILLIER SASU.
Our ecommerce platform is provided by Shopify, which enables us to offer and sell our products online.
2. USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, interfere with or compromise its operation, security or availability.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, customer accounts, systems or data.
You must not use automated tools, scraping technologies or other methods to systematically copy, extract or reproduce Site content without our prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, materials, dimensions and photographs as accurately as possible.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and the nature of the product.
Certain StrictlyClassic products may feature natural variations resulting from materials, dyeing, printing, embroidery or manufacturing processes. These variations are not necessarily defects.
Photography prints may also vary slightly in appearance depending on size, printing process, paper or other production characteristics.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
4. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or location where supported by the Site.
Taxes may be included in displayed prices or calculated according to your location and applicable tax rules.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless specifically collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted by us.
5. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing or product-information errors, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment service providers displayed during checkout.
StrictlyClassic does not directly store your complete payment card information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship StrictlyClassic orders from Europe to customers worldwide.
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed where applicable during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

8. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Consumers located in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Certain customized or clearly personalized products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

9. PROMOTIONAL CODES & OFFERS
From time to time, StrictlyClassic may offer promotional codes, discounts, gifts or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- are valid only during the specified period;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be limited to one use per customer;
- may apply only to selected products, customers or territories;
- may not be combined with other promotions.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of a promotional code where it has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently or contrary to the conditions of the offer.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents are owned by or licensed to JEROME THUILLIER SASU.
This includes, without limitation, the StrictlyClassic name and branding, photographs, photographic works, artwork, graphics, designs, illustrations, logos, videos, text, product designs and other original content displayed on the Site.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing a photography print or other StrictlyClassic product does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights in the underlying photograph, artwork or design.
11. TRADEMARKS & THIRD-PARTY BRANDS
All third-party trademarks, brand names, vehicle names, logos and other intellectual property appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, reference to a third-party brand does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization or affiliation.
12. USER CONTENT
If you submit, send or tag StrictlyClassic in photographs, reviews, comments or other content, you retain ownership of your content.
We will not claim ownership of your original content solely because you interact with StrictlyClassic.
Where we wish to reuse customer-created content for commercial or promotional purposes beyond functionality inherent to the platform on which it was shared, we may request appropriate permission where required.
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights to share it.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms and services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, epidemics, wars or other events that materially prevent normal performance.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protections granted to them under applicable consumer law.
Where mandatory consumer dispute or jurisdiction rules apply, those rules remain unaffected.
