ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after your order has been confirmed.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability and order volume. Certain products, including photography prints, may require additional production time before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated according to your delivery destination, the products in your order and the shipping method selected.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation are estimates only.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless duties and import taxes are specifically collected at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient upon import and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their country.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at contact@strictlyclassic.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the shipping process.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping or return costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@strictlyclassic.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
For EU consumers, eligible online purchases generally benefit from a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions.
Unless otherwise required by law or the product is defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied, the direct cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility.
